The Kampong Java Neighbourhood Police Centre is collaborating with Moulmein CSC and various Moulmein RCs to organise a Vertical Challenge at Novena Square on Saturday, 24 October 2009, 8am to 1pm. The Challenge translates to conquering 2 trips of the 25-storey high building. The Guest-of-Honor will be RADM (NS) Lui Tuck Yew, Acting Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, MP for Tanjong Pagar GRC (Moulmein), Adviser to Tanjong Pagar GRC Grassroots Organisations. Registration fee is at $15 for Men’s and Female’s Individual Challenge, and $25 for Mixed Double’s Challenge. Registration booth will be set up next to Velocity Service Counter @ Level 1 from 12 noon to 6pm on the remaining date: 10 Oct. (Sat) All registration fees will be donated to Handicaps Welfare Association & Singapore Christian Home for the Aged.
